Sprayed clouds of cucumber beetles last evening, but there were still too many today. I found a bottle of Japanese beetle killer RTU that my wife got at the free swap shop. It covered the 1200 Engel and some of the field pumpkins. I still have malathion to go to before repeating chemicals.
Measured watermelons and they are still growing. I found out that the current OTT chart estimates the weight slower than the chart I was using. We will just have to see what the scales say.
