Many of the indoor growers have sent me pictures of problems their plants are having. I think the biggest issue is light intensity. This diary entry and the next will show some of the result of different light levels. Both tomatoes were planted at the same time. Both in 15 gallon pots with similar nutrient schedule. The tomato in this picture is growing under a mid-quality 300 watt LED. Measuring with my PAR meter the maximum amount of light that I could give this plant is 2000 uMols. Currently it is set at 600 uMols.
