All winter tomato plants are now sprouted. I removed two larger plants to make room for the sprouts. A year ago..I was getting 30% germination...now i am at 35 out 35 seeds started. That problem solved. Next problem was intumescence. I now have 10 uv-b lights hung over all the plants. No sign of intumescence. Problem solved but still needs to be tweaked for optimum uW per plant. Final lineup for winter challenge... 5 big zac, 2 delicious, 2 wixom slammer, 1 domingo, 1 megazac and 1 megadom... looking to have all blossoms set by jan 1. I am going to extreme but all you other winter growers lets see your progress. The more we share the quicker we get to the big weights.
