It will be fine - IF you fix the vine stress that caused it. Prop up those vines with some styrofoam to reduce the downward stress you have on the stem. Is that tap root still attached? If so cut it. Hard to tell from the pic, but you may or may not even need that secondary vine. Also, pull the fruit out away from the main vine a few inches every couple days until you can't do it any more. Already beginning to cause a slight kink in the vine.

Thank you Andy! I've made those changes. I cut the secondary down to just a few leaves.
