The shiny look scares me. I think the dull hue ones get bigger... I attribute it to some mineral issue, maybe excess of something. When I see a shiny tomato I figure its over but other than that I agree you were right to hope for 8 lbs.

I'm high in those too... I dont think those would be a concern. Iron might cause a conflict with manganese or copper or something. I'll have to look it up I dont know off the top of my head. Regardless, I dont think that's the entire issue...? Hmm.

There are two forms of iron in the plant like good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. If good one goes up the other goes down.
