Now it's raining. Yesterday I found a slug on my pumpkin so I got rid of it before it did damage and I made a trench around the plywood and filled it with gravel and made a ring of gravel around the pumpkin. One more slug tried that day but did not succeed and as it was leaving a certain hand grabbed it and put it back down in the chicken coop. No slugs this morning. I also found this spider on the house. Unfortunately PM appeared so I'll try K bicarb or something I think:
