I will be bringing the 2507 Noel pumpkin to the Marshfield fair this Saturday the 22nd. The Kraken wants to wrap its tentacles around the blue ribbon.
I have read of several New England growers out there with pumpkins that are sound now but have plant diseases or other issues that may ultimately cause the pumpkin to go down.
The Marshfield Fair is on Saturday the 22nd. It became a GPC site last year. This is an opportunity for your still sound pumpkin to get an official weight. I hope to see you there.
