In order to try and kick the plants into a higher gear I have added some supplemental lighting. I checked my soil temp and it's 68F at around 6" deep so I think I can check cold soil off of the list of potential causes of slow growth. This is the 1727 Jacobus and the 2465 Sperry's look much better luckily.
