Sunday, March 8 View Page So far the only definite is the 575 Wolf....Only room for one more...I am thinking the 1969 Haist or 1676 Daletas...but i could also go 907 Young and just use the one of the big guns as a pollinator plant for the 575 and 907. Also looking forward to growing some plants for Logan Duncan . I am sure the project will be interesting and I am sure I will learn something outta the deal. Hot peppers will be new for me and I have some test subjects that have given no-honk commitments to trying the finished peppers(gonna film it). Hurry up Spring and arrive.... Saturday, April 25 View Page The 1676 will be my 150 square foot contest plant providing it germs for me if not the 359 will take its place...the 1370 will be a pollinator for one of my orange beauty hopefuls Sunday, July 26 View Page Here is my keeper on the 575 Wolf. DAP-15 ... I pollinated with the 359 Foss which i pulled once I was sure the pollination took. If it makes it to the end and has good orange color and viable seed, I will grow it in 2016 Sunday, August 23 View Page Here is my monkey (Sal) on top of the 575 Wolf pumpkin. DAP 43 and the OTT is 277.5 which is some where between 470-480 .Lbs...Nothing huge but I haven't fed this pumpkin anything at all other than straight water. The plant was fed early on but that stopped 2 weeks prior to pollination time ...the only sprays have been pesticide and fungicide ...Love the shape and it looks like it is going to be nice and orange...Hope we get seeds from this baby because I definitely want to grow a couple...The 575 Wolf has been a great plant also...by now I am usually dealing with PM and so far none,,,Great plant Sunday, August 23 View Page Pumpkin Monkey Sunday, August 23 View Page This Boy loves his pumpkin...Thank you Amelia Sunday, August 30 View Page Today was Sal's turn to guard the pumpkin from woodchucks and other patch varmit...I told him how important it is to guard the pumpkin and to be on the highest alert for woodchucks...
