I'm so proud of you Dave and it was a fun year chatting through the whole thing! The best part was when the massive fruit became the smaller fruit! These things have a mind of their own and Dave is a perfect example of treating each plant the best you can from day 1 all the way to the end. You never know what the fruit is going to do as they grow. He already had a record breaking fruit with numbers that were out of this world! Then from behind,,, the 2212 started to sneak up on it and just kept running!

Congrats my friend and I'm sure Van Kooten is scratching his head as he heard that weigh and is very proud of how you've represented your area!:)

Awesome Job Dave and Janet.

For some context, Dave grew a 1911 pounder in 2021 and with 2 other nice ones got his growers Jacket,

In 2022 we had a bad growing season in British Columbia and he still pulled of 3 nice ones close to his 1911.

This year Dave had 3 nice pumpkins and the one he named “Pappa” went down to a soft spot. Too bad it didn’t make it.
