If it were not for the difference in color of the leaves in a certain SECTION I would not worry at all; just a plant showing its colors (the minor splotches and spatterings) - However, since it is how it is, there may be more to it; Thought it was funny that there are TWO people's single shoes in the picture -
or yours...
If IIIIIIIIIIIII were worried about it, I'd add even MORE often my Miracle-Gro 24-8-16, what I'm using now and through until I see that males are about to be usable. Presently, just yesterday I was first able to overhead water with as much as I want with a pump and barrel/Whizzer sprinklers; Before that, it was ferts with a sprinkler jug and the next day 2 hours of straight H2O with Whizzers.
I've had rain off and on the last 3 days and then last night my plugs for the pump melted together. Now fixed, now too late today. My plants are beautifully green and stocky but certainly behind schedule - to be rectified tomorrow.
If nothing else, I hope it was a fun read.
MG has NEVER caused me problems directly.
2 Gals. 24-8-16, 1 TBSP./gal. H2O 3 X/week. IMHO---eg

Do you work for Miracle Grow or heavily invested in the stock? You seem to mention that you proudly use it in post after post after post. It’s great you stand behind the product, but it’s certainly not a cure all

I could be wrong but I'd guess there is more than one issue. More pics needed... What have you sprayed them with?

No spray still watering with a can .The only thing different is i started burying vines with a little bit of Azos and microrisa.

None of the above and I don't intend to temper my advertising that it works for me. There's a reason why I said
'If IIIIIIIIIIIII were worried about it, I'd add...'
...similar to 'What I'd do is...' or 'A top grower once told me...' or any of the other lead-ins as to how to go about fixing a plant's imbalances.
Recently it was said that MG kills pumpkins and yet my plants are doing just fine using nothing but Miracle-Gro up until I start using, if it appears to be cost-effective (although there are others I have been eyeballin') Urea Mate which I think you were a major proponent of to begin with.
I only mention MG where I think it will help someone and...just roll with it. No one else would say anything. If anyone with a plant problem ever takes my advice and reports back to me any good news, whether MG-based or not, I'll be happy to hear it. Now, if a plant DIES???...It's on them! eg

I mean by looking at the pic, it almost looks like nitrogen bloat....like there was too much nitrogen there. But I'm not particularly an expert in those matters. Perhaps getting a soil test would answer the question better.

It looks to me like the plant has some micro-nutrient deficiency. I know that lack of magnesium can cause intervenal chlorosis (yellowing between the veins of a leaf). Unfortunately, I think that other micro nutrients could exhibit the same manifestations. I would have to research the mobility of micros within the plant...new growth vs old..to further evaluate. Easiest would be to send in a tissue sample to a lab.

It could be mites, you would have to turn a leaf over and look at the underside with a magnifying glass. If its really bad you will see some webbing. Mites are bad in dry years.
