There was two Tehua maize plants here, but the one was damaged in a storm; so the growing tip was damaged, and you can see some of the leaves that died because of it. The other plant seems to be still growing and it looks like it put on maybe an extra foot or so. It's probably between 26 to 27 feet, but I won't know until I measure it on the ground. Hopefully we won't have a killing frost for several weeks. Try to squeak out as many inches on this thing as I can.
