I planted a few marrow plants in September, and I was able to get a few marrows by the beginning of the month. I picked this just before the first frost this month. This seed is from Robinson's Mammoth Onion in the UK. These marrows have very smooth skin and bright yellow/dark green stripes. Out of the larger marrows, this is the prettiest of the bunch. They don't get as large as some of the giants, but can definitely be considered large.
