The County Weights and Measures came to measure my plant. Measured 23 ft. 2 in. This is the same measurement I made; so I was happy that they came up with the same number. I almost lost the plant this weekend because of strong wind. We had wind gusts up to 45 mph. I lost many side branches, but I was able to keep the plant standing with velcro taping it to all the other plants for stability. As you can see from the pic, the other plants didn't do as well. I had a flag pole fastened to the tallest, and that kept it from bending over during the heavy winds.
