I know the 2nd true leaf is where the main vine will lay but one of my plants grew 2 true leaves at the same time so I'm wondering if the 3rd true leaf(in this situation)will be the main vine?Anyone had this happen to them before??

The leaves might come at or near the same time, but one is likely bigger. As the vine elongates, it should become apparent which is which.
The vine travel rule isn't a rule at all though. They go this way about 70% of the time & we all encounter "trouble makers" along the way. One out of three went opposite the second leaf on me last year.
Planting the seedling at an angle does seem to help.
