When anew seedling emerges how many hours a day should you keep the grow lite on it and what temperature is ideal for the room?

I have a 300w led lamp 24 inches above the plants for about 14 hours per day. 84 degrees.

I’ve always tried to keep the seedling below room temperature.interested in what others do.

Our T5s are on for 16 hours & off for 8. Room is kept at 74 degrees. Plants are growing well & will be ready to go in any day now. Heating cables are set for 74 degrees as well, so the plants should transplant without any issues. At least I hope so.
Just need mother nature to stop with the rain, so the patch can dry up some.
