If i grow a small pumpkin from my genetically enhanced seeds, are the seeds from that pumpkin just as good as my original seeds?

They will have the same genetics as the parental, proven capability of the parents. If the seed you plant is from a 1,000 pumpkin, judging by the parent seed it has proven to be able to grow to 1,000, so no matter how big you grow it, the lineage, genetics have proven they have grown to 1,000. A 1,500 pumpkin (mother) pollinated by 1,700 (father) (1,500 x 1,700) the genetics have grown to 1,700.

(1,500Smith14 x 1,800Johnson13) 1500 is the mother pumpkin weight, Smith grew it, in the year 2014. Tools.pumpkinfanatic.com has a lot of info on seeds.
