I have five seeds germinating, and one of the five which is an 07 seed is on day 4 and very slow to start. All my 09's are up. Is this typical.

Those seeds aren't old if they were stored frozen.
Are you keeping the media 85-90F ???

I find that sometimes some seeds just don't start out fast or well. I have one like that this year. All the seeds were started the same way in the same medium and the one just isn't interested in growing very fast. That is why I like to start some backups in case one is a dog.

It germinated and has leafed out. I guess just different genetics and an older seed.
