I found some TL-lamps in a aquariumshop to use above the seedlings. The have 10000 Kelvin and are especcialy for (underwater) plantgrowth. Are these better suitable than regular TL-lamps? Or should i use a mix of both?

i use"regular TL lamps for my seedlings. Cool white nr'33 is best for optimal growth.
You can use the aquarium lights also but hey are a lot more expansive.
