Cull to one fruit! I got beat out of 3rd place at Saratoga by 5 lbs. because of hormone pumpkin, but... last year my 1.65lb hormone pumpkin gave me 3 for 4300lbs. So growers discretion? Every pound counts in a competition

Your stem can rot and fall off the pumpkin and it's still legal to weigh if pumpkin is solid. Keep them going till they stop growing. Scale guys will tell you just because it's not taping inches doesn't mean it's not gaining weight
