I think there won't be too many pathogens in the Siberian soil, and a single strain won't be very effective, and you lack a sunny greenhouse to protect the pumpkins from the cold, storms and hail!

It is enough to prevent fungal diseases. Next season I plan to make a greenhouse for watermelons.
