            | Green Toe | Ontario | I am going to try growing a couple plants next season and am trying to gather as much info on them as I can , do they grow roots at the leaf nodes ? And also should you cover the fruit with a sheet like AGs. Thanks , Dan | 11/25/2017 3:42:14 PM |

            | Iowegian | Anamosa, IA [email protected] | I have grown them twice and never found a root at a leaf node. I can't comment on covering. Where I grew them they didn't get a lot of sun. | 11/25/2017 7:28:45 PM |

            | Team Wexler | Lexington, Ky | I grew 2 this year, both displayed some leaf node rooting, not much though. Mine were covered from day ten until harvest however, I honestly have no idea if it's a necessity. | 11/25/2017 7:55:12 PM |

            | Engel's Great Pumpkins and Carvings | Menomonie, WI ([email protected]) | 265.5 Engel plant had lots of rooting at the leaf nodes. | 11/25/2017 8:03:29 PM |

            | Smoky Mtn Pumpkin (Team GWG) | sevierville, Tn | they will root at the nodes. your must cover the vines to get any kind of rooting. They will sunburn so keep them covered like any other ags

            | SEK Grower | Kansas | The definitely need covering. I have been growing for 3 years and last year I lost my biggest est at 180 lbs while I was gone for 3 days we had a bad storm and my covers came off and it had a horrible sunburn that caused it to rot right on top just a week later and it was done.
