Thanks Steve and everyone! The other 3 field pumpkins in the patch suffered from blossom end splits, so it was nice getting the lone survivor to the scale. Thanks also to Gene Lariviere and family (along with the new england guys) for putting on the event during this stressful year. I'm sure it was no small effort making sure safety rules were in place. My wife and I enjoyed the 6 hour trip, which turned into a great sunny day.

John...oops....I see the info isn't on the GPC page. It was a 133.4 Wursten from '16 and selfed. Some basic info...germinated 5/22...pollinated 7/23...and was 50 day's old when picked 9/11. Very nice looking round pumpkin. I'll try to post a few photos on my diary. It's been a few years since I've posted pictures.
