I added a note in my other thread, but thought this might get better attention. I'm watering my field using a 2 inch trash pump that uses my pond for a water source. There is a lot of stuff in the pond that sneaks through the filters that is causing my sprinklers to clog quickly. It's not thick stuff, but enough that my tripod sprinklers don't stand a chance.
Does anyone have a suggestion on a commercial grade sprinkler that I should buy or other suggestions?
Thanks

What are you currently using for heads?

I have 4 different sprinklers out there. I finally just grabbed a hand sprayer, hooked it up and it's good. It was just the sprinklers that clogged up.
2 of the sprinklers are standard tripod type sprinklers, no special head. The other 2 sprinklers were just cheap things I bought at the local hardware store.

I would get a better filter with finer mesh. How big is the opening in the head? Have you looked at the whizzer type sprinklers like hollandsgiants has?

Thanks for the feedback. Watering is going much better. Bought some different heads that have bigger openings. Clogging happens, but not nearly as frequent.
