            | pumpkilicious | Wv | I bought some knucklehead pumpkins from johnny's last year. If I save the seeds will the offspring be knuclehead too? | 8/2/2013 9:49:25 PM |

            | Engel's Great Pumpkins and Carvings | Menomonie, WI ([email protected]) | With field pumpkins like this you never know...I have crossed several hybrids x self and gotten something totally different. If you control the pollination they should retain some of the traits | 8/2/2013 10:31:19 PM |

            | pumpkilicious | Wv | thanks Linus. I hand pollinated but wasn't sure if it was worth saving the seeds and growing next year. | 8/2/2013 10:44:31 PM |

            | LB | Farming- a bunch of catastrophies that result in a lifestyle | I saved warlock and prize winner seeds last year. The prize winners arent as big as their parents (yet)but they are a damn far sight prettier. The warlocks didn't do anything- what came off looked like a howden and was small and mis-shapen. I have one weirdo prize winner plant that threw a pumpkin that has the prize size and shape, but that bumpy warlock skin- and hard as a rock. | 8/3/2013 5:49:04 AM |
