So what's everyone growing this year?
I have some morado ears drying on the corn for later in the year, but also have a heap of big white jala seeds and a hybrid jala which has pink seeds. Found a large yellow dent variety too which I think will go alright here. I'm putting a lot of cultivars down this summer, not too phased with hybridisation, in fact aiming for a landrace of tall corn the following season. The long range forecast is for hot dry summer so I'm thinking perfect for corn.. and some sunflowers.
