is there an average days to maturity after pollination on a megabloom?

By maturity you mean the time to pick it. It depends on a few things. For me mostly temperature. The warmer it is and longer days (July/August) it is as little as 45-50 days. This is when they are red and on the verge of too ripe. September/October, 50-60 days. So, keep them cool as possible without direct sun. Keep them covered.

What's your location? In the southeast I only get 30 days in the heat of summer.
