            | Alan E. | eastern Ontario | Here is something I found in my notes that I think might be of interest:
 Estimated final L = L day 20 divided by .78
 
 In other words a LG on day 20 is at 78% of final length.
 
 Any individual LG will be a bit higher or lower than this,but I used the figures from 18 LGs over 4 years and thus believe the formula is fairly solid.Fun to play with anyway.

 Note though that they can stop growing anywhere from day 30-41.And of course the figures are from my own garden.Likely different conditions give somewhat different figures.

 1.Sorry Alan,didn't keep that record but likely about July 25.
 
 2.Wayne-several of the better ones grew for 41 days but the average was around 35 days.
