Badger?! I'm a Buckeye!
If you scroll back about 25 or more pages on here you will find plenty of fights. Shame, too, as it pretty much destroyed a once very active board.
Hopefully, with all you folks here now, we can bring this board back to life ;)

Yeah back when grafting first started getting mentions on here. This place was pretty viscious. Hopefully time has healed the wounds.

My apologies to the forum for my actions during that time period. I did apologize to many personally, but I'm sure that many more should be given. I was pretty broken back then. A medication I was taking as an attempt to bring me out of a depression and suicidal tendencies had a dramatic affect. Gone was the depression, in was a personality that was not mine. I was never more productive in my life but I was also given a god complex and was prone to verbal assassinations. That's not good either. Much credit to my wife who took me by the ear to whatever doctor I needed to go to. Happy to say I got the help and have been doing great for some time now, and no drugs! A big thank you to the growers who offered me their friendship for a second time. As I continue to dig out of the hole I find myself I try to be respectful and help any grower who comes my way. Sorry again to the forum and to the people who got to see the worst of me. I do love watermelons, they are beautiful and a joy to grow. Hopefully this is the year the WR gets broken and we all can come together on this forum and celebrate collectively. Cheers.

Lets Have a vote on Sue "Sand-Badger" Barber's 400lb melon -
I need 60 unique respondents.
If you vote with a simple majority of 31-29 against her, Sue will never bring anything that she grows to a weigh off event, for the rest of her life.
Let's start the tally! :)
