Right now I am growing two 307 Bartoli's, a 165 B Cantrell and a 274 Mudd, all of these grafted.Thank you again Batcave N8te. I also have a 228 and a 198 Masterson I will consider and a 274 Kent that started out as a graft and almost died, only to sprout new roots on the original stem - so it is no longer grafted I think.

These three get the top three spots 1. Dark Carolina Cross. From Cliff Knight I am calling it 'Dark Knight' 2. 238.5 Holloway on a 177 Westfall bushel gourd rootstock 3. 144 Cantrell on a 'Shintosa Camelforce'
The following are being grown also for genetic and eating purposes. BUT I am hopeful one of these will pop a big one or two also... 125 Ciesielski 2010 110 and 101 Holloway Mt Hoosier 204.5 Westfall 239 Finders 240 Cantrell I planned on growing several more of the Cantrell crosses as I feel they are some of the best. I got them too wet and too hot in the germination stage. I turned them to mush. I actually had my seedlings turn out nicer looking when I germinated them at 77 degrees! Nice big healthy cotyledon leaves, I didn't get any of the bent weak looking seedlings. My best looking plant is the 144 Cantrell. I really like the vigor on the 'Dark Knight' too. Hybrid vigor?
