I have a few extra plants in 1 gallon pots & they are just ready to run. They are free to you to come & get but I'm quite sure they wouldn't ship. If you need directions to here in Knoxville just let me know.

I have or will have 6 extra plants once I put mine in the garden. It's a heck of a trip out here from the East coast.

Sparkey, I don't think Envy wants to drive that far or I would have heard from him by now. I have just 5 plants and they are healthy but need to go into the ground ASAP. I have one 131 Schnicker, two 207 Masterson, one 209 Kent & a very nice looking 259 Kent. I work Friday until about 5 or 5:30 but if you need to come earlier I will place the plants on my front porch for you to pick up.So let me know if you are serious & I will email you my address. I would just like to know how they turn out for you if you decide to grow them.

Envy, You may want to try using 300 ppm gibberellic acid on your seeds to improve your seed germination. It is effective for breaking seed dormancy. Pre-soak seeds in the 300 ppm solution for 15 or 20 minutes before planting or place a drop or two on seeds already planted. I used it recently on a group of seeds that would not break dormancy even though they were fully developed and solid. On the first group, I germinated 6 of 6 of seeds that previously had produced only 4 plants out of approximately 125 seeds. A few drops were also applied to seeds of other lots that lay ungerminated in cups after more than 72 hours at a continuous 91 degrees. 5 of 5 of those germinated. It needs to be used in moderation because one of the other effects is stem elongation.
