Howdy!
Time again for my 3rd annual watermelon seed give away!
Just a Self Addressed Stamped Bubble Envelope and any of these seeds are yours!
(Assuming I have enough! So pick backups on the list just in case)
The 2008 have just been harvested and drying on sweater racks with a fan!
Don't forget to put in this letter and check mark the seeds you want sent to you. Thanks.

Greetings!

I also have some seeds available from 2008. Dave had some better sizes, but these lines have also been good.

My address is:
James White
2920 50th Ave SE
Rochester, MN 55904

All are from the lines that I achieved many 200+ pound melons on better years, and some have crossed into them Victor James' seed line which is my White 225 crossed both ways with Bright's 247.

I can't tell you that one is better than another. They all achieved really good plant structure with no rot or die back to speak of. They are all closed pollinated. It just wasn't a really great year for growing with cool days and cool nights.

Designation / Weight / Girth /End to End / Side to Side / Circumference / Straight Length
White #4    160.5    57.50    53.50    43.50    83.50    29.00
White #3    160.0    58.00    52.50    43.50    83.00    30.00
White #8    140.5    58.00    50.50    43.50    80.00    27.00
White #6    133.5    58.50    50.00    43.50    78.00    28.00
White #5    164.0    56.50    54.00    43.00    85.00    32.00
White #2    154.5    60.00    56.00    44.50    87.00    32.00

If you want specific seeds, then just ask, otherwise I will send from the larger (154.5 to 164).

If you wish to talk off line about them, send a note to james (@) rconnect.com (just reassemble the email address since it cuts down on the spam for me.

Darrell,
I normally put the SASBE in a normal bigger envelope?
Hope I have answered your question
Dave.

I have received seed requests from a number of people, but have yet to send back any. As of last night I have now dried all my seeds and have them ready for shipping. I should have the requests in the mail in next week or two. Thanks for your patience.

It is my pleasure. I am also looking forward to this coming season. I have everything lined up for a good year, and now, if I can just figure out how to control the weather, it should be great.
