Just curious about how weighoffs. Are districts or territories given to each individual weighoff? I guess my question is... Can someone from one state enter a weighoff in another state? Or can enter in a different state's county weighoff? Tom

I think the southeastern weigh-offs include all states below the Mason-Dixon Line

I don't think most weighoffs care where your pumpkin was grown. It depends on how far do you want to travel, & if you can get it there in sound condition.

I know that you have to -pre-register- for the Spokane Interstate Fair, and that you have to be a member to compete in the PNWGPG. Which you can join at the site. I don't know if all sanctioned weigh offs require you to be a member, but I think it is a good practice to join what ever club is sponsering the event to help support them. Plus you may get a news letter, and seeds, and other cool stuff.

What side of the state ya on Tom, if on the west you can go to the Indiana weighoff, if on the east the OVGPG is a good one......Paul
