I just looked them over. More questions than answers so far.
What type of lime was that you were spreading on the 18th?
What are those small bluish green pellets?
Has any NPK fertilizer been applied?
Were those seedlings acclimated slowly to fresh air & sun?

Calcium Carbonate Slug bait no NPK The plants got placed out side for a few days under partial shade before going out to the patch

check your calcium to magnesium ratio if its way off ex 40 to 1 that would block your chlorophyl

They look like they will grow out of it to me. I see that a lot here.

I'm with Tom just give it some time.
Just a little chlorosis. We use a little ironite but if patch conditons are right it can still show up.

I am hoping they will just get through it by themselves as I am away for the next few days at a mates funeral. My plans were to leave them and see what happens

I with Dave on this one something got out of whack at the planting hole....maybe something in the starting soil doesn't agree with the rest of the patch and will take some time to grow outta of it...It's not that uncommon that a plant takes some time to acclimate to it's new surrounding and soil.

I'd give it 1 week inb the ground & then sprinkle it with some soluble 20-20-20 + Micros at a quarter rate (One quarter Tablespoon per gallon).
The plant may have appreciated sonme additional shading but should shrug this off.

I had the same thing this spring. My plants grew out of it after a for weeks. What is your magnesium level at? This could be a mag deficiency. A little Epsom salts in the drench may help. Also beware of the chicken manure unless well composted. It is way to hot for giant pumpkins.
