Heard the world record was grown with heated water, just wondering if anyone has had experiance with this.

Those of us in the Pacific Northwest have to resort to "unusual methods" in order to get the maximum heat into our patches. Remember, our warmest time of the year lasts only two weeks and averages 74°! There are several growers who "pre warm" their water in storage tanks via the suns rays. I have a 1000 gal. tank that can warm 53° water to about 73° in twenty four hours. On occasion, my water has hit 83° on a very warm day! Heated water is not mandatory up here...Joel Holland does not use heated water to my knowledge. If you purchase Joel's 2001 video, you just might see several of the patches that use water tanks.
