Any one ever weigh just there seeds out of a pumpkin? Im curious how much 500 large seeds would weigh on average.

Seed catalog I have say 1000-1200 seeds/pound.

I pulled 681 still wet seeds right out of a pumpkin this fall that weighed a couple pounds before drying. In hind sight, I wish I had weighed them.
