Well storms hit last nite and around 8:30 sometime a tornado touched down about 1/2 mile from our house.Several homes were damaged and barns leaveled.This thing was on the ground for 10 miles.I thought it was too late in the year for this to happen.We all said a prayer that no one was hurt bad.Its unreal how much damage these things can do.The path was 1/2 mile wide and just lucky it was in a rual area.Clean up will take days, our nieghbors lost some equipment but not as bad as it could of been.

We had a toronado watch last night. A storm came threw and it was sure a blow'n and a rain'n. A tornado in October in the midwest Naaa. Well it's possible.

Thank God. We very rarely see Twisters here in the Northeast but the last ones I remember were ugly.
