I don't know everything you want to know, but here are a couple of things. The cross was Mombert 940-1998 X Stelts 801.5 est. weight was 1212 lbs.............Paul

It’s here! Emmon’s 1262/2001 is this year’s World Record Pumpkin and it's at Bellevue Art Museum. Master Pumpkin carvers Sleepy Hallow (Pam and Russ Leno) will create an edible work of art, on display now through November 1.

Craig Weir also grew a Calai 846 in 2001 so there is a possibility that it could be in the cross. I believe he grew a 550 pounder on it. John

I kind of feel sorry for Craig, he grew the 914, which broke the 884 pound record, but there was a bigger one that year, he had a 1090 that split, and this year his record only lasted a week. Maybe he'll get a big one next year. I would also like to know the answers to those questions, and also what his soil is like and about his growing conditions. Tom
