First off, You have posted the results of the Windsor Weigh-off, which were previously posted in the Weigh-off section. Secondly, Windsor is in Nova Scotia, which would make it tough to qualify for a New Brunswick record. Thirdly, Lisa Wentzell weighed in an 1178 last year, which is second only to the 1215 Hebb grown the year before for the largest pumpkin grown in Nova Scotia.

Sorry, Mr. Northrup could be from New Brunswick, I just caught on to that.

I have been corrected, I had taken my info from a Windsor website, apparently Jahn MacKinnon from Cape Breton has a 1252, making that the largest Nova Scotia grown pumpkin. And Mr. Northrup is indeed from New Brunswick, making his 1101 a new New Brunswick record. I'm going to stop pretending I know anything now and let the real experts keep things informative around here.

NSTransplant....I did not know the Maritime weighoff was in Windsor, N.S. I, like you, thought the N.B. weighoff had to be in N.B. So what do they do...go down the list to see where each grower is from to give out the prov. records??? as well as the Maritime ones? (Now I am more confused than ever)
