here's my question.....within the next week we will all know how many 1000 lb+ fruit have been grown, but what i'm wondering is how many 1000 lb+ fruit have been lost! if you are lucky enough to grow a 1000 pound pumpkin/squash what are your chances of getting it to a scale as a sound fruit! i know not all damaged fruit are able to get to a scale, so i'll say it had to measure enough to be 1000est. so play along if you want and we'll keep a running count! dan and myself have lost 2....number 1 being the 1432 pumpkin and number 2 being the 1068 squash! who wants to be 3 marc
