But I am a litle bit worried about it... ROlling the pumpkin and what if the hole is too shallow etc.. Thanks, but maybe another ideas ?

Pumpkin_lover, believe me that´s the way how to do it. I did it that way the last two seasons. No other chance if you don´t have some high tech lifting equipment around.

If I had a pumpkin like yours, I would lift the pumpkin a little side by side and move a blanket under it, than "4 men 4 corners" and up she goes.
