Rumor has it that one Mr. Alan Reynolds not only has the new CT State Pumpkin record at 851.8 Lbs but that he may also have won a brand new 2004 Hummer at the Durham Fair.
Now let's come clean. Who was there & saw this event today?
Steve (who should have gone)

Our pumpkin was there but we had family stuff to do today.
Ron Wallace sent me the first email. Then I spoke with Bart who was there when they called his name.
I just got off the phone with Alan & it's true. What a weekend for Alan!
First he nails the CT State Pumpkin record (851.8 lbs) then he wins a $51,000 Hummer or his choice off the lot. Incredible!!! Good for him. I'm very pleased for him.

If we can get Al to bleach his hair, he could look like Rick flair in the " Humma" Stylin Whoooo & profilen. It's a silver Hummer h2. Al has a choice, what should he do? Take $50,000 cash? A new Vet? Lexus? or dump truck plus cash? I say take the Humma!!!!!!!!!!

A hummer isnt worth $50k. But %50k is. Would the tax on the hummer be based on retail cost or wholesale?

Then I'll take Scott's 85 Chevy truck for the fenders & exhausr that'll go nice on my Blazer. See, we've got this whole thing all worked out thanks to Alan's generosity.
When do we tell him?
LOL

What could be better than getting a state record and a hummer on the same day? (I can't think of one!) Oh yeah, and also the car of your choice! Congrats, Alan!
