Keith,,gonna try to make ag pie this afternoon,,I'll let ya know....Somebody tell me how close to the skin do ya go ?How do you cook down??Need a good reciepe Paul or Kilr,,,

me, being the road kill grill chef have made 2 pies from a a.g. and they were both pretty good but still i want to try a sugar to see the difference. i just peeled right next to the skin and it seemed to work out ok. boiled it until it was a mush, drained the water and then used a electric mixer to finish it.
