I`ve been growing my pumpkins 100% organically for 5 years. I wonder if anyone else does this? I`d like to hear from you. Maybe we can discuss fertilizer, pest management, and fungicides, and who knows what else.

Hello Riverview school kids!
I have grown a 598 pounder using all organic methods. Also a 500, a 415, and a 362 and 365. Oh yeah it takes lots of time to manually capture and mash the cucumber beatles that are on my growing tips and in my flowers. I remove all the flowers that I can to reduce the number of cucumber beatles on my plant.
By the way this years pumpkin is named Sumo, and according to the ott method she is up to 502 lbs. and still growing!
