tHIS WILL BE MY SECOND ANNUAL HARVEST PARTY, THE NIGHT BEFORE WEIGHOFF, WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS. ANY Ideas, Traditions, or recipes of food or drink you could pass on! to add to our pumpkin tradition.. This ones for the kids so the booze will be limited! mainly cider , cocoa, pressed juice etc.

I am very much into "RITUALS" that come with any time of the year. It gives us a time to look forward too. Harvest time is great fun for me. I am looking to do somewhat of the same thing with my neighbors as you are doing. We both are gardeners and love to eat the goods!!! I love Halloween, I always do certain traditional things this time of year. Here is a great site that may help you out for your party. Of course you may want to tweak some of the ideas to match a harvest theme. Love the Idea of the punch bowl, a non-alcoholic punch to go with it too. You may be able to use several "pumpkin bowls" to symbolize the harvest of pumpkins. Kinda a Halloween site but hope it helps, Have fun!
