Wow.. that was a barn burner.. what is the seed bet of the year? You and Jim put your heads together and let me know..

I would like to know if either of you planted those 845's and if you grew anything big..

ALso.. just wondering.. did you notice the 20-17 preseason victory by Carolina? I know it is preseason, but any time you can beat the Patriots now a days, take it!

Hey Rock, a lot of the starters sit & watch the subs play in pre season so the team can decide who to cut before the real games R played.....right ???

Chris Berman did a piece on the unbeaten preseason teams since 1980. Of the 43 teams that went unbeaten, 27 became playoff teams, and 8 went to the superbowl, and 4 were supebowl champs. I agree, subs are tested, etc, but there is something to going unbeaten.

After your post Al, I remember we bet seeds other than 845. It was Jim B and Steve D that I bet the 845's with.

Now, it is on to Carolina and a cheese eating " or should I say beating" festival... Go Panthers!~
