There was alot of flooding in Ohio, West Virgina and surrounding areas yesterday and last night. Any one get hit by the flooding? I live up on a hill so I wasnt affected that much but my basement did get alot of water in it, alot of people that was below me lost alot. The noise of the water rushing in the valley below me when I opened my front door sounded like I was right next to niagra falls. The creek in the valley below me is usually only knee deep.

I wish everyone the best,
Brooks

Here in Pennsylvania, 2 local schools closed, fllod warnings and watches everywhere, streams and rivers are very high and spilling over in some locations, all from less than 24 hours of rain. Run off from the hills will make for an interesting next day or two.

On the patch side, with no growth on 5 fruits in 2 weeks following a 3 night cold snap (38-42 degrees each night), I took some evasive measures last night. I cut every other secondary on the Knauss 898 fruit, trying to avoid a split with the sudden incoming rains. Time will tell.
