I will be constructing a water fall out of pumpkins at this years weigh-off at Didiers farms in Illinois. Any Idea how long the pumpkins will last with water running over them? Most will be field pumpkins maybe a few AG's these pumpkins will not be carved at the time, I will add calcium to the water to prevent rot. Any construction Ideas will be helpful. I have built around 400 natural falls in Chicago Land. We will be pumping 3000-4000GPH. over these babies. Hope to get some pic's up.
