Yes we here in colo have again recieved another hail storm today that came out of the blue sky and did not give any warning, nor did it produce any thunder or lightning......JUST LOTS OF HAIL....This will be hail storm # 16 and going for broke waiting for # 20...lol..This one did do damage to 1/4 of my leaves, do to me not seeing any storm approaching. Well from the point of view of another local grower here, if we measured our summers by the amount of hail here in colo. spgs. co. we are at 28 inches so far for 2004, or over 2 feet of hail so far this season mostly in the penny to golf ball range. We do not get rain storms or showers here anymore, it is a hail storm with each and every cloud that blows over us it seems...Just can not win this season....Good luck to all,as I would not even wish this haily summer on even my worst growing rival..lol...JK....
