Last spring over 200 seeds were given out at this site from my 478. If you grew a pumpkin on either of these plants, please e-mail me with details. There may be a little "prize" for the biggest grown!

Kilr, I didn't have or grow one,but I like the idea of giving out something to the biggest off of your seeds. I've been thinking of doing something this winter & tell me what you think. The plan is every so often to post a pumpkin genetics trivia question & then giving certain seed out as a prize to the first to respond to the thread with the right answer. Just something to keep everyone on their toes through the winter. Let me know what you think & if you would like to help out...........Paul

huffs, I think that is a great idea! I would love to win some seeds, but know nothing about genetics of ag's. But I would like to learn, and that sounds like an awesome and fun way. At the very least, it could keep things moving here over the winter.

Kilr, I would like to go to the chat rooms but I can't. My post above took me over 15 min. to type. So by time I would express my opinion everyone has moved on to something else. Oh Well I'll stick to what I've been doing, put a new post on here & there, and respond to just the ones I know I can be of help to.........Paul P.S. , this post took me 8 min......lol....Paul
